PERSONAL PROJECT

Anna Atkins was an english botanist who used the cyanotype process to register algae.
She placed the dried-algae directly on the cyanotype paper to obtain the characteristic blueprints.
Inspired by this process “Seres del Mar” is a work in progress of the treasures I find in the sea. 

The translucent paper enables to create two different images for each work,
as we could really see the objet from another perspective with a different lighting.
